Who is responsible

The data controller is CLT NEW AGE SRL, registered office at Str. Privighetorii nr. 10, sat Limanu, com. Limanu, jud. Constanța, Trade Register no. J13/2041/2017, VAT ID RO37784810. You can write to us at any time at salut@stradamare.ro.

What we collect

Through the form on this site: your name, your business name, your phone and/or email and the message you send.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call: your phone number and what you write. For clients: the business's invoicing details.

We don't ask for sensitive data and don't collect data about children.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To reply and prepare the demo you asked for, at your request, before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To perform the contract and issue invoices, including tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

We don't use your data for advertising and make no automated decisions based on it.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

Who we share it with

Form messages reach us through the Resend email service. The site is hosted by Vercel. WhatsApp conversations go through Meta's services, under their policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell your data or give it to anyone else, apart from legal obligations.

How long we keep it

At most 12 months after your last message, if you don't become a client. For clients, for the length of the contract and then as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to its processing, by writing to salut@stradamare.ro. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

Keeping data safe

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people handling your request can access your messages.
