Who we are

Strada Mare is a business website service provided by CLT NEW AGE SRL, registered office at Str. Privighetorii nr. 10, sat Limanu, com. Limanu, jud. Constanța, Trade Register no. J13/2041/2017, VAT ID RO37784810 (“we”). You can write to us at salut@stradamare.ro.

Who we work with

Our services are for businesses and professionals (companies, sole traders, clinics, associations). By using this site or asking for a demo, you accept these terms.

The free demo

The demo is free and commits you to nothing. We build it from your business's public information (for example its Google profile) or from what you send us.

We publish it on a test address hidden from search engines and delete it if we don't go ahead, or if you ask us to.

Orders and payment

Work on the final site starts once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is paid. The rest is paid at launch.

Maintenance is invoiced monthly from the month after launch and can be stopped by either side with 30 days' notice.

Prices are shown in euros, excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice, which is issued in lei at the National Bank of Romania rate on the invoice date.

What you get and what you provide

The base price covers a site of up to 5 pages and two rounds of changes. Any extra work is agreed in writing before we do it.

You are responsible for the texts, photos and logo you send us, and confirm you have the right to use them.

Ownership

The domain is registered in your name. Once paid in full, the site's content (text, photos, design) belongs to you.

If you stop maintenance, we hand over the site files within 10 working days. We may show the site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Hosting and liability

We host sites with reliable providers and do our best to keep them online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as customers lost during an outage. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; failing that, the competent courts at our registered office decide.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Contracts already signed stay valid in the form they were signed.
